Fleur is the apex of our ice princess look. The top is made of double layered soft tulle in ice blue. The sleeves are a pure dream for everyone who loves lots and lots of frills.

The top has a loose fit and ruffles all around the waist. The front is shorter than the back. The back has a little slit and a tulle ribbon to tie into a cute bow.
